NRB carries a central work force which holds the knowledge bank on which we rely and operate. The key personnel within the business have worked together for many years, and the business prides itself on being able to retain our people. Martin is highly experienced with over 25 years working in contracting, projects, procurement and administration in senior management or lead positions within both private and corporate environs. His role within NRB is the management of the business administration and he has been responsible for establishing the sound business and finance structures on which the operation relies. He is involved in all levels of the business and continually seeks to improve the delivery processes for the works we carry out.
In addition to his experience as a builder, he has been the overseer of the our quality assurance and OH&S accreditation for ISO9001:2008 and BS OHSAS18001:2007, and is currently involved in external studies to explore better building methods for carrying out remedial building works.
Darren has been directly involved in building remediation and waterproofing works all of his working life. His approach to managing our work is fastidious and he applies the philosophy of seek, solve, repair, and never repeat, as a mantra which is taken on by our workforce.
His experience and motivation to provide best practice solutions has allowed us to work as a reference company, with jobs and projects being awarded based solely on our reputation in finding positive and cost effective solutions without any compromise to quality.
He leads a team of experienced builders and tradesmen in providing the best possible outcomes, and is carrying out external studies with a focus on continual improvement of our building processes.
Steve is a registered architect and lawyer. He has been working as a consultant in the building defects industry for over 20 years and is highly regarded by his peers within the strata, construction and legal organisations with which he does business.
His contribution to NRB is providing external advice and oversight on our quality assurance processes. He adds an additional layer and wealth of experience to the business that is generally not available within the market.
