National Remedial Building Pty Ltd (NRB) is a remedial builder with industry experience of over 30 years. NRB is owned and operated by Darren Wensemius and Martin Alexander who collectively with their senior staff provide a wealth of experience to the remedial building industry in creating viable, affordable, and effective solutions to remedial building defects and general building maintenance.
NRB offers unique turnkey solutions with professional diagnostic operatives to identify building issues, and experienced trades people to implement the appropriate rectification.
The NRB team evolved in 2012 to a new company structure from a previous partnership operating since the early '80's to better meet current compliance and certification requirements. We have very experienced personnel to manage all facets of remedial building from diagnosis of the issues to execution of the works.

The majority of building defects are caused by water ingress. Many modern buildings do not incorporate traditional sound building techniques to provide waterproofing interity. Often and whilst most products work when installed correctly, we are continually working on significant failures in coating systems, jointing, flashing detail, and waterproof membrane installations. We also observe older buildings being allowed to degrade, which then become noticeably more prone to required maintenance as the age of the building stock is extended.
